Payment Procedure

In order to initiate the booking, we require an advance as specified in our terms and conditions by cheque / UPI / bank transfers and balance payments to be cleared on confirmation or as advised by us. Certain services such as cruise booking, luxury hotels and last minute bookings may require full advance at the time of booking.

You can also pay by NEFT/RTGS/IMPS mode of payments. Find our bank details below. Also, after making the transfer, intimate the same to us by sending transaction detail and personal details.

Confirmation of Services

We are not holding any reservations at this point of time. Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability. Any alterations in the services mentioned in your estimate may attract an extra cost. Surcharge will be applicable during Convention Period, High season, Festivals or Fairs.

World Tours

• Passport valid for minimum 6 months from the date of arrival at the destination (of all the guests who are travelling). For Malaysian visa, the passport must be valid for 9 months from the date of arrival at the destination

*For World Holidays the rate of exchange of the day will be applicable during the payment.

Visa Documentation

On booking the tour, our travel advisor will guide you about all visa formalities as per the consulate. Kindly submit complete visa documents as per submission timeline given by the Travel Advisor. Some consulates may call you for a personal interview.
