• 3 nights’ accommodation in Manali
• Daily buffet breakfast in hotel
• Dinner For 3 nights in hotel
• Day excursion to Solang valley/ Rohtang Pass
• Intercity cab transfers
• All other transfers on private basis.

Exclusion

• Charges for early check-in & late check-out of rooms
• Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, telephone, and laundry bills Tips and porter charges
• Lunch and snacks
• Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions, political closures, technical faults, etc
• The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance
• Any items or services not specified in the cost inclusions.

Booking Procedure

• Booking amount has to be paid upfront for us to confirm your package.
• Full flight amount (if flights included) and any non-refundable hotel amount has to be paid within 3 days of booking.
• Balance payment (if any) needs to be completed 30 days prior to travel or once everything needs to be confirmed (whichever is earlier)
• For travel in less than 30 days from booking, complete payment must be received within 24 hours of booking.
• You can pay using net banking, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS or deposit cash Rs 1,99,000/- in adherence to Income Tax ACT.
• We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.
• If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.
• There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by us as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.
• NOTE: Booking Procedure may vary depending on destination, type of trip, etc. For instance, for fixed dates group tours, kindly refer to the booking procedure separately provided by our sales team.
