Day 2

Darjeeling local sightseeing tour

On the second day of your Darjeeling tour kit, the dazzling sunrise over Kanchendzonga and the 'Queen of the Hills' will fascinate your kin. Wake up at dawn and travel to Tiger Hill to watch Kanchendzonga, the world's third highest peak, transform from pink to gold as the sun rises over the mountain range. Rest at the 135-year-old Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop War Memorial, constructed in remembrance of the martyred Gorkha soldiers, when you return. At one of the tea stalls, enjoy a cup of piped hot Darjeeling tea. Come back for breakfast and relax for a bit at your hotel. Visit the Himalayan Institute of Mountaineering first (Thursday closed). For an unforgettable experience, send your kids to visit the Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (closed on Thursday) and the Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday). At the market in Mall Lane, rummage through souvenirs and buy lovely trinkets.   • For travel in less than 30 days from booking, complete payment must be received within 24 hours of booking.
  • You can pay using net banking, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS or deposit cash Rs 1,99,000/- in adherence to Income Tax ACT.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.
  • If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.
  • There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by us as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.
